inyun County Sanfeng Mould Co., Ltd. was established in February 2002. Its production and business scope includes processing and sales of moulds, tool materials; Retail of tooling, defective materials, and steel plates. The enterprise's annual production of 4500 tons of tooling production line technology renovation project started construction in January 2017 and completed environmental protection acceptance in September 2018. After the technological transformation, the enterprise has strong technical strength, excellent equipment, advanced technology, and complete testing methods. The company has two production plants, one located at No. 17 Nanyi Road in Huzhen Town, and the other at No. 36 Xishan Road in Huzhen Town, covering a total area of over 20000 square meters.
The company specializes in producing tool products such as high-speed steel circular saw blades, precision plates, and wire rolling plates. There are more than ten production lines, including heat treatment production lines, grinding machine production lines, milling machine production lines, forging production lines, rolling production lines, etc. Among them, there are a total of five 750 hammers, 1 ton hammers, and 3 ton hydraulic air hammers. PLC centralized control of forging heating furnaces, and more than 30 RI-150 electric annealing furnaces. More than 40 processing equipment, including cranes, forklifts, milling machines, large sawing machines, and 100 ton punching machines of various tonnage. The company is equipped with advanced testing and experimental equipment such as 2 Thermo Flight ARI3460 direct reading desktop spectrometers, 1 Niton portable metal analyzer, CSW-2003A/CSW-2003B metallographic microscope, and LBUT55/55B/55B digital ultrasonic flaw detector.
